High Volume Production
JBT is a leader in high volume production and has been very successful with many difficult high-volume jobs.
JBT’s milling department contains several horizontal dual pallet machines that are designed for high volume 4 axis production. JBT also has a cell with a 12-pallet automated changer for lights out production.
JBT’s turning department has twin turret, twin spindle machines to eliminate the need of handling the parts twice along with gaining efficiency while two operations are being machined at the same time. Our lathes are also equipped with automatic bar feeders that reload autonomously to help increase the production efficiency.
